Capacity

  • Maximum capacity of 150 guests with a combination of seating and standing if booked together with neighbouring villas.

Event fees

  • The following event fees will be applicable:

    USD 1,200++ for up to 80 guests

    USD 1,500++ for up to 120 guests

    USD 300-600 ++ for up to 50 guests

    THB 10,000 for smaller group (under 25 people )

    An additional fee of THB 2,000 has to be provided to the Villa Manager, payable by the event organiser for the indirect support given

Minimum Nights

  • Minimum 3 nights stay is required during intermediate and high seasons.

    Minimum 5 nights stay is required during peak season.

    Minimum 7 nights stay is required for Christmas and New Year season.

The Fine Print

Music and Event Curfew

Until 12 midnight only. Parties may continue until 2am if held indoor in the breakfast room.

A security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa and

THB 50,000 where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events.

The security deposit is fully refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.

Fireworks are only allowed for weddings, and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
