Rest assured that your holiday feasts are in good hands at Ban Suriya. The villa comes with an in-house chef who is skilled in preparing both Thai and Western dishes. You can choose to sharpen your culinary skills alongside the private chef, and together you can craft a seafood barbecue feast to be enjoyed poolside. The dedicated villa team is also on hand to assist with any requests and appointment bookings. Have them arrange a private massage session in the treehouse at the villa’s lawn, with the gentle sea breeze and the rolling waves to lull you to relaxation.

The villa consists of six bedrooms, each uniquely decorated in different themes, some of which offer direct access to the plunge pool. The undisputed highlight is the Suriya Room, a master suite designed to cater to the most discerning guests with a king-size bed, spacious lounge area, massage bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a rain shower, double vanity and a large bathtub.

All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs, large wardrobes and safes. The ensuite bathrooms feature rain showers and double vanities, combining convenience with luxury. Air conditioning throughout ensures a comfortable stay in any season.

Rates

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

  • Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate

  • Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

  • Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate

  • After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

Check-in and Check-out

Please note that a security deposit of USD 1,500, or the equivalent thereof in any currency, is required and will be collected upon check-in. This amount is payable in cash only. The security deposit is fully refundable, less any incidental expenses incurred and/or costs for damages/breakages during the rental period

The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes.

Chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to 3%).

A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

Chef Fee

Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.

The villa offers complimentary laundry services

Dry cleaning services are available upon request (at extra cost)

Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only three (3) additional bed can be arranged for this property.

Children under 2 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.

A complimentary two (2) baby cots and two (2) high chairs are available at the villa free of charge.

Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.

Extra Bedding and Child Policy

A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra charge).
